Christ Community Christian Center Church was chartered July 1, 1983 under the name Christ Community Ministries, Inc.
The two founding members, Walter K. Laidler Jr. and his wife Carrie L Laidler, held the first public worship service for the church in their living room on Thursday, November 24, 1983. Seven people attended--five adults and two infants.
